Wellbeing Standard Co.
The best break is the one you don't have to plan
Workplace wellbeing hasn't changed much in years. A ping pong table that doesn't get used. Game boards collecting dust in the corner. An app you have to remember to open. The actual habit, the tiny moment where someone steps away from a screen, has never been the easy part.
Everything on a desk was built for output. The monitor, the keyboard, the second monitor. Wellbeing Standard Co. started from a different question: what if the thing on your desk was built for the person, not the task?
The desk is where we chose to start, with a range of wellness kits built around one idea: corporate wellbeing that actually gets used.
What We Believe
Three small ideas behind every kit we make
Five minutes is enough
Thirty minutes sounds nice. Five actually happens. Rake the sand with The Resetter when your brain's had enough for now. Hand off a task with The Delegator instead of hoarding it like a badge of honour (great for upskilling the team when it's quiet). Spin the wheel with Manager Funager and see what the lucky dip throws your way. However you spend it, five minutes is enough to come back sharper.
A clearer head, not just a break
Five minutes off screen isn't dead time. People come back with the idea they were stuck on, a calmer response to the email that was winding them up, and actual focus instead of another hour on autopilot. Multiply that across a floor and it stops being a personal habit and starts being a team one.
Built to be picked up, not signed up for
No app, no screen, no login.
Built and Run Out of Melbourne
We're a Melbourne based team, and we work directly with HR and procurement on bulk pricing, invoicing, and rollout, because a good idea only matters if it's easy to actually put in place.
“I started Wellbeing Standard Co. after one too many days that ran straight through, no real break, just back to back and pure exhaustion. This isn't a corporate wellness brand pretending to understand your team. It's me, one person who got tired of watching that happen, and decided to build something small enough to actually help.”

We'd genuinely like to help you set that standard on your floor.
